Nanga Gnulle, say “nanga nully”, is a superb venue quite
unlike any other in Bendigo.
For many years now the property, which
is set in a five acre valley, has been a sought after venue for garden
weddings. An award winning garden that offers an indoor/outdoor alternative
utilising our garden chapel. |

• Our Wedding Season is from 1st October to
31st May and we will have the garden looking its very best for your
Wedding Day. We have an effective water management programme for times
of water restrictions. An occasional wedding is held through cooler
months
• The venue is exclusively yours for three hours
which allows time for the ceremony and those special photographs.
During this time music will continue to play and you may choose to
have drinks and celebrate with family and friends.

We are able to provide a Cocktail Wedding as we are fully licensed.
We cannot provide a formal sit down reception.
• If
you are having your ceremony and photographs with us we will open
a bar and provide drinks and light finger food so your guests can
enjoy the ambience of our gardens
• We offer to coordinate
your day with the benefit of years of experience to plan every detail
of your Garden Wedding. Wedding packages are available upon request.
• To ensure your guests have no difficulty finding Nanga
Gnulle, we provide location cards to send out with your wedding invitations.
We are only minutes from Bendigo’s CBD
• Flowers
from the garden, co-ordinated with your choice of colours, are used
to decorate the Garden Sanctuary and the signing table.

White wedding chairs are arranged on the lawn in the garden to provide
seating for your guests during the wedding ceremony.

There is the opportunity to have the music of your choice, pre-recorded
or live, for your ceremony. Our PA system provides great sound within
a garden amphitheatre or may choose to hire an instrumental or modern
contemporary group of musicians
• The ambience of the garden including the water features, fountain
and streams, are in operation throughout the duration of your occasion. |
• With inclement weather on the day
of your wedding the ceremony can be held in our beautiful Garden Sanctuary,
a fully enclosed Wedding Chapel with panoramic views of the garden
through four walls of glass.
• We will welcome your
guests on their arrival at Nanga Gnulle and assist with parking of
cars. On lookers are welcome but parking is restricted for guests
only.
• You are asked to book your wedding practice
in the week prior to your wedding day
• We can cater
comfortably for any number, up to a maximum of 100 guests
• Accommodation is available in one of our two mud brick cottages
on your wedding night. Our Wedding couples stay with us at no charge
if you have your ceremony and cocktail reception at Nanga Gnulle If
yours is ceremony only then a reduced tariff of 25% applies |
Financial Arrangements
A non-refundable deposit of is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due and payable one week prior to the wedding. Ceremony deposit = 50% Ceremony/Reception deposit = 25% If payment is made by credit card there will be a surcharge of 1.65% Full payment is required one week prior to your wedding date. Ceremony, Drinks and Platters - Venue Hire 3hrs $1100
- Open Bar after the Ceremony 2 hrs $15.00 pp
- Platters available after the ceremony $10 pp
Ceremony and Coctail Reception - Ceremony & Cocktail Reception 4 hrs $85 pp
- 5 hour packages available extra $5 pp
For safety reasons (2 large dams on the property) we have a no children policy between the ages of 4 - 12 unless they are involved in the wedding ceremony or children of the bridal couple. Please speak with us as considerations may be made upon request. Saturdays still available in 2009 - Jan 31st, Feb 7th,14th & 28th , March 21st April 4th & 25th Sept 5th, 12th & 26th Oct 10th Nov 14th 28th Dec 19th NO SMOKING in the gardens
